Terms of Service

Last updated: June 5, 2026
MeetSlot is a free tool that helps you schedule meetings on Google Calendar. These terms describe the rules for using it. Please read them before installing.

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the MeetSlot browser extension (“MeetSlot”, “the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use MeetSlot.

2. What MeetSlot does

MeetSlot connects to your Google account, with your authorization, to read free/busy availability for you and the people you choose to invite, to suggest meeting times when everyone is free, and to create calendar events and invitations on your behalf. MeetSlot runs in your browser and has no server component.

3. Your Google account and responsibilities

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MeetSlot to send spam or unsolicited invitations, to harass others, to access calendars without authorization, or to interfere with, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload Google’s services.

5. No affiliation with Google

MeetSlot is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC. Google, Google Calendar, and Google Meet are trademarks of Google LLC.

6. Availability and changes

MeetSlot is provided on an “as available” basis. Because it depends on Google’s APIs, features may change or stop working if Google changes or restricts those APIs. We may update, suspend, or discontinue MeetSlot at any time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

MeetSlot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that suggested time slots will be free of conflicts, that invitations will be delivered, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for confirming important meetings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetSlot and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed meetings, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
